Spring Arrives In Toledo – Finally!

After the wettest start to any year since 1947, and repeated bouts of (for Central Spain) Arctic chills, spring is finally dragging its heels into Toledo. And God, we’re desperate for it. I’ve been out with my camera homing in on green sproutings and flowering shoots, and positively willing the bashful new season to get a move on!

Owing to copious rain, the Toledo's surroundings, usually dominated by gold, orange and reddish earth tones, have turned a light spring green
