I could never bring myself to attend one of these. My roommate in Madrid went one time and showed me pix on her digital camera – and even tho they were tiny, I was still horrified by all that blood on the sand. NEVER.
I’ve heard that the smell of the blood is really overpowering…
I just don’t fancy it at all. Maybe the opening of a fight, all that hoo-ha before it actually starts, I guess that could be quite exciting…
Ugh. Have you ever been to one? I went in Madrid, it was horrifying!

No, and I have no intention of ever attending such a thing. Urgh.

I wouldn’t be able to go. I’m all for new experiences but luckily there are many to choose from so I can scratch this one off.

I (M) went as a child in the 70s…loved it and didn’t ‘get’, at such a young age, what was really happening. Mother probably left too….
