I’ve been looking up, up, up all the way! My neck will never be quite the same again… but it’s a price well worth paying for being part of travelwithintent’s weekly photo challenge Look Up, Look Down.
So, here we have one of the imposing steeples of Munich’s emblematic Frauenkirche:
You’re probably more used to seeing it from this angle:
The next shot is of a church steeple located in the beautiful historic centre of the Bavarian town of Landsberg:

Lovely photographs of the various churches throughout Bavaria. I love the architecture and colour schemes of these churches which brilliantly complement the surrounding landscape. Keep up the great work.

Thank you 🙂 I have more photographs of Bavarian churches but they didn’t fit the theme so well.

Lovely photos again. It’s good to see the Frauenhkirche from a different angle. And the Landsberg steeple is beautiful, so delicate. Thanks for joining in again and for bullying others to join!

Great shot of the Frauenkirche. Yes, I am amazed that you didn’t get trampled! I do enjoy the Marienplatz area…much as I love my remote spaces, I will make an exception for this and dive into the hordes of tourists…

Marienplatz is home to The Temple, aka Hugendubel. That makes it my favourite place in the universe!
