I love reflections, and the way the windows on the one side of this building distort those on the other side caught my eye on an otherwise exceedingly dull grocery shopping trip this Tuesday.
And, of course, they make a perfect entry for Dawn’s weekly photo challenge 🙂
Do people really linger to look at windows? Apart from you, I mean 😉

I don’t think so. That’s Dawn’s doing, that 😉

Actually wait. Latvian women do. To check that they still look just as snooty as when they left home. They do 😉

LOL! And you’re quite safe making these statements on my blog 😉

I do sometimes linger, for the same reason as a Latvian woman might. Don’t hate!

Great bit of wonkiness! And it’s only photographers on a mission that look at windows!

Absolutely. I’ve always hated that ugly concrete building and have been trying to ignore it.

Is grocery shopping ever anything BUT dull?

It’s not a good experience here, even less so than in other places where I’ve lived.

The world seems definitely divided between lingerers and non-lingerers, lol.

Did you ever see a Virgin Mary in a window reflection? Apparently they have shown up on tortillas and in petrol-coated puddles, so why not a window? Recently someone in our area reported a “ghost” in a window and took a picture. I think it was condensation, but hey, maybe it was the last fading remnant of her common sense.

No… of anything, I see cake reflections…

You remind me of a phrase from Dickens’s David Copperfield:
“I thought of the oddest things. …of the flaws in the window-glass making ripples and dimples on the prospect,…”

Interesting windows and an even more interesting clutch of comments… 🙂 Dawn has a lot to answer for I’m always looking for windows and even my partner Jack is in on the search.

My commenters are a very unruly bunch 😉 And yes, those windows have taken on a life of their own, can’t believe how long that’s been going!
Happy window spotting 🙂
