This morning, a dear family friend picked us (Mum and moi) up for a luxurious lakeside breakfast:
We combined the feast with a little walk around the lake (the Ammersee), whereby, embarrassingly, I managed to get lost in the woods! I blame the camera. My mum had left her phone at home, which didn’t help. We found each other again after about 45 fraught minutes and a lot of yelling. I’m trying to convince myself that the handful of photos I came away with were worth that rather stressful interlude. What’cha think…?
From my point of view, yes. But then I get to enjoy the shots, you got the stress! Did you get lost before or after the food?

After 😉 I’m such a dunce…

Sorry, but I was laughing so hard at the idea of someone getting lost over breakfast that I could hardly see the photos 😉 The breakfast looked amazing – everything after that is a teary blur 😉

Lost in the woods… I am surprised you didnt pitch a fit over the dangers of nature!
I just had half a beer (it’s 7:45 am) to help me get over a bottle of wine I had while in the office till 2 am last night (my boss killed the other bottle #welcometothepressoffice). Breakfast photo made me a bit nauseated.

What a breakfast, and a great view to boot! I don’t think you were lost at all. You were merely deeply immersed in a creative pursuit, as evidenced by the great photos you came away with…

Getting lost / being lost is one of my worst fears! 45 minutes would have felt like a lifetime. I would have been a babbling mess.
Great pictures though 🙂

good thing you’ve got lost after food. With full stomach one at least can think straight… eventually. And now these nice photos come with some extra spicy background 😉
But my gods that HUGE quantity of food. It could almost feed a whole unit! 😀
