Only had one trip to the supermarket so far and they didn’t have any kale. It might be past the season or maybe it’s just not popular “round these parts”. I finally have a day off tomorrow so I might get to a decent supermarket or even a farmer’s market. I’d actually really like to make the family that kale dish, so I’d love to find some. (See – all I need to do is talk about food to instantly calm down!)
So pretty – your Hoja de Oro. Thank you for sharng it. (remembering the word for “leaf” just took me the better part of 10 minutes. Keep the pretty photos coming – you seem to be stimulating some brain cells I’d given up for dead.)
Gosh, how did I miss out on the arse?? In any case I am pleased with the leaf. All our leaves have been replaced by icicles, sadly, so this one is quite refreshing.
As usual there is just too much clever bantering here in the comments! Holy Fuckeroo! … now that’s a new one for me. I must find a reason to use it … soon 😉
That’s my kind of shot, as you know : ) Lovely!

That’s what we have on our flag, just one red maple leaf…. Tells you a lot about Canadians!

There wasn’t a single red one to be found 😦

I’m actually relieved there are no words! I’m too tired for reading (even if there is a photo of an arse in the post!!!)

I’m amused that you have an entire categroy for “flowers, sunsets and sundries”. Pretty leaf though.

What, you’ve got no South Americans to hang out with? I don’t believe that… they are everywhere, just like Indians 😉

That one shouldn’t be too difficult to accommodate… a couple of beers, and it’ll glide over your tongue as smooth as a nursery rhyme 😉
